Knight Ops ("we", "us") operates the websites knightops.biz and scalewithsystems.ai and the Scale with Systems Live mobile app (the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account or register for an event: name, email address, and optionally a phone number, photo, and profile details you choose to add.
• Content you submit. Posts, comments, connections, and messages you share in event community features.
• Purchase information. Ticket and service purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive order confirmation details (name, email, item purchased) but never see or store your full card number.
• Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications in the mobile app, we store a device push token so we can send you session alerts and community activity updates.
• Technical basics. Standard server logs (IP address, browser/device type, pages requested) used for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To provide the Services: event agendas, community features, your account, and your purchases.
• To send service communications: receipts, event logistics, session alerts you opted into.
• To improve and secure the Services.
• With your consent, to send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
• The mobile app contains no third-party advertising SDKs.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who run our infrastructure: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Expo/Apple/Google (push notification delivery), and email delivery providers. Each processes data solely to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] or texting 602-702-0807; we will complete the deletion within 30 days. Push tokens are deleted when you disable notifications or delete the app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll honor these requests.

Children

The Services are for business audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
